Guest speaker, Christopher Koniers, Forever Fighter
Chris and Franny Koniers were college sweethearts and will be married this October 45 years. They have three children and five grandchildren. Of those 45 years they have been battling breast cancer for the past 20 years. Chris has become a strong advocate for Male Breast Cancer awareness and as well as the need for the importance of increased funding for metastatic breast cancer. He especially appreciates the emphasis that the Susan G Komen organization has placed on Metastatic Breast Cancer funding and research.
Everyone is welcome. We will all make an impact! No RSVP is required for this meeting. If you are new to our volunteer family, please be sure to complete our volunteer sign-up form and submit it immediately or bring it to the meeting.
Every day, volunteers turn their time, talents and
passion into the fuel that drives the lifesaving work
of Komen Philadelphia.
